Browns sell stadium naming rights

I'm surprised Cleveland Clinic didn't buy the naming rights.

I believe they owned quite a few naming rights to entrances. I'm sure they put a bid in, but The Cleveland Clinic is pushing hard for expansion... potentially up to 14 new buildings.

There ads always seem to stand out to me more then others whenever I go to Browns games. Mostly because they have the biggest ads in the stadium above the scoreboard

FirstEnergy Field has a better ring to it, wish they decided to go that route instead of Stadium.

First Energy Field definitely has a great ring to it. From what I heard, the reason they went with First Energy Stadium, Home of the Cleveland Browns, was to "properly pay homamge to the old name" Cleveland Browns Stadium.
