satansgoalie
Ok, so we've all heard the one about the Might Casey and the Mudville Nine but none of us have ever really seen their uniforms. So with that in mind, I came up with this. I wanted to take some design cues from the 1880's even though this template is obviously a modern design hence the pillbox hat, striped stockings and the moustache. The use of brown as the primary color, I think should be obvious...
Gfonk04
Pillbox hat, olde-timey mustache, off-color uniforms. Love it. I would move to Mudville to justify buying that hat. Love the "9's" logo. The one thing that jumps out at me is the alt wordmark. I see what you're going for, but making that into a real jersey would be a little awkward, given how the N splits the jersey. Try tweaking the size a little on the wordmark and I think you'll be in business.I keep cracking up at that mustache. Great touch.(Also, maybe some sleeve patches? On this and your NYK concept, it would give it that extra push into the realm of the realistic.)

dsaline97
I'm still not a fan of the lack of pinstripes in the center of the alt jersey, but this all looks good.
