nicktharipper
Number font?!?!?!?!
PALEFACE
That video is clever, but unfortunately tells us nothing about the new look.Agreed. They start off week 2 with two great teases (plus the article header) and end with that. Funny, but frustrating. Hat's off the marketing department though, they are stringing us along and we are eating it up!I CANT TAKE IT ANY MORE!

PALEFACE
Why is nobody else reading into the number font they used? Has to be something...right? Right?I'll give that to ya for sure. You could totally be right, the typeface used for the date could definitely be what they are using on the unis.
logo-maker
Could the TV number be located on the sleeves?
nicktharipper
Hopefully, would look much more sharp than the current rounded slab font everyone was (rightfully) ripping a few pages back.

nicktharipper
Fair enough. Admittedly, a non-italicized version would look 100% better. But there has to be SOMETHING of significance ha
Lights Out
I strongly doubt that's the number font, since they just used an unmodified, italicized version of United Regular Black by House Industries instead of a proprietary font. Chances of them going with that as the number typeface is slim, although Fox Sports used to use it (not sure if they still do) as their typeface for broadcast graphics. Its not out of the norm for a company to purchase rights to use the type face as theirs, but the likely hood seems low. Anyhow, a standard, non-rounded, slab serif would be wonderful to see. BlueSky
Going big picture for a minute, what a contrast between Miami's bumbling approach towards their new unis vs. Minnesota's buildup. As for that poll...good grief.
OnWis97
That poll splits the vote among a bunch of traditional designs. To be it's 42 Seahawks and 58 "Not Seahawks". And just wait a couple years and see how everyone feels... tajmccall
Well, guys the Seahawks are also the newest and easily the most publicized. They basically rolled out the Nike era, so its not really a surprise OR an indictment that its got the biggest boost. Also, can't see the Vikings with a Italic font. But i really hope the rounded slab is kicked down a sharp flight of stairs. Store 1 Store

One super modern uniform and the rest are tradional (arguments either way for Chargers), but you're right, the readings actually say that more fans like the traditional.
