Teal 956 Posted October 13, 2013 This is a grown man's basketball league, not a 1980's girls high school team. No sleeves.Sleeves are going to stay in the league. Deal with it.
McCall 1,348 Posted October 13, 2013 And what evidence do you have of this?

McCall 1,348 Posted October 13, 2013 So one season of an Adidas/NBA cash grab is enough to claim sleeved jerseys are the future of the NBA despite players having already stated their dislike of them? They're stupid and pointless. They won't stick around.
Tynamo 10 Posted October 13, 2013 And what evidence do you have of this?More teams are adopting a sleeved jersey for the upcoming season.Tell that to giant graphics on the jerseys. I'm not saying they won't stick around though. That remains to be seen.

Teal 956 Posted October 13, 2013 Well I don't think the players will have a say to be honest... It's a league and Adidas decision.
sportstar1212 447 Posted October 13, 2013 Well I don't think the players will have a say to be honest... It's a league and Adidas decision. No. You have to have the people wearing the jerseys on board, which currently they aren't.

BigBubba 787 Posted October 13, 2013 Well I don't think the players will have a say to be honest... It's a league and Adidas decision. The NHL and Reebok's pushing for super tight, really light, moisture-wicking jerseys lasted three months into 2007-08 before they went to essentially the old jerseys because the players complained to no end. If the players don't like sleeves, the league and manufacturer can't just say "lulz deal with it".

Old School Fool 4,152 Posted October 14, 2013 Well I don't think the players will have a say to be honest... It's a league and Adidas decision. Remember the "new basketballs?"Except multiple teams and players used that new ball and THEN criticized it.The only team that has worn sleeves to date was the Golden State Warriors, where they had one bad game and Steph Curry acted like a baby about it. Until I see more games played with sleeves, I'm not going to count it out.
