rams80 4,215 Posted April 26, 2013 Hey look we got the linebacker we were looking for too. Thanks for being a criminal dude; that way you could still be available.

FiddySicks 11,031 Posted April 26, 2013 The storm unleashed when the Bears took Long is giving me a migraine. He played for Saddleback as recently as 2011. I had no clue they even had a football team.Yep. Colt Brennan played here too. As did Richard Crawford of the Redskins. We've won national titles and everything. Saddleback actually has a great football tradition. (Whatever that means in JC football )I went to OCC right after I graduated from high school and Saddleback absolutely stomped us. They better though, with as big of a school as they are.
CS85 10,432 Posted April 26, 2013 Gotta say the Vikings won the day. Not only did they unveil spectacular new uniforms, they also nabbed two starting defensive tackles and a wideout in the 1st round.
BLUELANDbeliever 42 Posted April 26, 2013 Okay, so Falcons didn't get my boy Jarvis, but my Steelers did!
vicfurth 376 Posted April 26, 2013 Once I saw Dallas traded out of 18 I was a little peeved. Once I saw they drafted a damn center at 31... Grr. Shareef Floyd. Coulda been a Cowboy. #firegarret

Hell, Jerry was more proud in a presser talking about how the Cotton Bowl was back into the six contract bowls and that the "new stadjim" won the bid for the 2014 title game.

Admittedly Joe Thomas is a glorious football god, but Quinn's currently jizzmopping over in Seattle.
BigEd76 326 Posted April 26, 2013 Geno packed up and left NYCTe'o and Eddie Lacy fell out of the 1st too. Half the 2nd round is gonna be guys that had been projected to go in the 1st

Gimmick QB with attitude problems.
Lee Noire 627 Posted April 26, 2013 I don't what to make of my Cowboys today so I'll just continue to pray for the day Jerry Jones gets a GM.This has got to be the first time the 2nd round gets more coverage than the 1st. Some big names on the board that arguably could've went in the 1st and the potential for crazy trades and picks.

The presser was more about having lower picks (which they also fail on) and items to make Garrett a better "coach". Honestly, I think they will draft SEC favs as Tyrann Mathieu, Justin Hunter, Tyler Bray and Tyler Wilson, just because it is Jerry Jones. Cyprien seems not to be Jerry Jones player.

CS85 10,432 Posted April 26, 2013 Kyle Long. I'm just going to expect nothing and see where that goesEh. I'm crossing my fingers and jumping into the void.--------Newest Lion Ziggy Ansah wore some really high-end glasses on draft day. Also it was hilarious to see Chris Johnson's reaction when the Titans took Chance Warmack: he tweeted, "THANK GOD"

And also why the cowboys are the cowboys. They got a lower first and a third. Only two picks. Sigh

Gimmick QB with attitude problems. There can't be a long list of guys showing up on stage and holding a jersey after being selected in the second round. Can't imagine too many people would want to hold a jersey with a 2 on there. The NFL should go back to inviting only 8-10 prospects to New York instead of 26. I'd be a little pissed off too if TV cameras keep focusing on me in a suit waiting to get drafted for 4 hours.

Sport 13,678 Posted April 26, 2013 Frank Caliendo can do a good impression of a lot of people. The problem is that now we're going to see his Mel Kiper over and over and over and over like we did with his Gruden.
OnWis97 4,511 Posted April 26, 2013 Frank Caliendo can do a good impression of a lot of people. The problem is that now we're going to see his Mel Kiper over and over and over and over like we did with his Gruden.Back when I listened to Mike and Mike more, I really got tired of Caliendo in a hurry. They sat there and laughed uncontrollably at him saying "Brett Favre" in a John Madden voice, over and over. And I never got over it. So yeah, Caliendo is talented but I kinda can't stand him. That said, it was a good impression of Kiper.
