For a second I thought the Knicks were playing. Judging by the reaction on Twitter (even casual fans that don't frequent these boards have been lambasting them), I have a feeling that we'll be seeing a lot of sleeved jerseys on clearance racks in the near future. The NBA really should've read up on the NHL's experiment with Cooperalls. Despite the fact that they were supposed to be technologically superior to the old uniforms, when you drastically change the traditional aesthetics of a uniform the reaction is usually negative. The Knicks don't have an outline, but they are the same color as the backs. The Bulls had white sleeve numbers with no outline, but black numbers on the backs. So odd. Make them one solid piece, or add trim / racing stripes, and maybe they'd be on to something.
