the NBA need to get its head out of adidas' ass

Oh gosh. You know we're going to see a lot of forced "heritage jerseys" because of this ...

Windy City

Mile High City

City of Angels

Hotlanta

O-Town

Big Easy

Beantown

Twin Cities

The Big Apple

East Bay

Sactown

Mistake by the Lake

City of Brotherly Love

Naptown

The list could go on ...

Ugh, I am not ready for this.

You know, I would wear a "Brew City" Bucks jersey...so long as they bring back the frickin' IRISH RAINBOW already!

At this point this probably needs to happen at Adidas headquarters.

There's too many irrelevant teams in the league so I guess the owners believe that a quick re-brand and/or uniform change can ignite a spark in the franchise. In reality though that spark lasts for like a month and once everyone sees the team still sucks... everybody's back to not caring. Then before you know it after like 4 or 5 years, it's onto something new. This is why so few teams in this league actually carry any real tradition. They're always rebranding.

This new black/gold rebrand the Raptors are considering will accomplish nothing.

There is no reason to think this.

I don't like this Adam Silver character. He has Bettman vibes. Other people have turned on Stern, but I'll always believe he cared about the game of basketball on a really deep, personal level, and that informed the way he ran the league. Not getting that feel here.

Stern was great..........his reaction to the people buhing at the recent draft

Silver will equal Bettman when he expands to Alaska, Antarctica, and Siberia.

if anyone out there was wondering why i hate basketball and the nba...... oy.

Do you hate baseball and the MLB? Because the Braves did this in the '70s.

I actually think it's a cool idea if done sparingly. It especially works because it's just the normal uniforms otherwise - they didn't go over the top with special alternate jerseys.
