I've been quite busy lately (exams approaching, running for my life), I've had some time today and I decided not to give away 2 teams, but 4 in one shot, in order to close the Second League.

And there you go.

Sacramento CRC

And in order to recapitulate, the 22 teams in North-American 2nd Division:

What are your favorites ? And the one you don't really like ?

Personnally, in the Second league here, my favs must be New Jersey, Charlotte and Richmond, I think I nailed 'em On the opposite, my least fav are Harrisburg and Ottawa, I didn't have much inspiration on these two, I really wandered on Wikipedia trying to find something distinctive, but I obviously didn't. But, hey, what's done is done.

I don't know if I'm going to keep on with these, maybe I'll go back later and give away some teams as I want. I thought I could make concepts for big cities that weren't feature here, or historic clubs.

I like all of these new ones, especially Sacremento. Tampa Bay and Orange County are too similar for me (Orange with Palm trees and a sun).

Agreed with above. These are all fantastic, but Tampa Bay and Orange County have almost identical looks.

These are pretty great I do think that orange county should be different than Tampa, I would make orange county Orange and black instead.

Okay then, but I prefer to work on Tampa Bay. Orange county's colors are a no brainer in my opinion, but Tampa's was pretty hard to find, and got the easy way in the end.

Any advice ? I thought Yellow-Green but it's too similar to LAFC. What does Tampa Bay evoke beside the beaches and sun ?

Tampa in itself is a very "corporate" city with not a huge amount of culture and style like it's younger brother, St. Petersburg.

I would go with a green and yellow as a slight connection to the Rowdies, because I really can think of anything else.

The team I set up is not Tampa only, it's the enterie Tampa Bay we're talking about. I'll work on it, maybe try to catch some symbols from the biggest cities in there.

I propose this one for Tampa Bay

The Pirate Skull as a nod to the pirate heritage of Floridan coasts. The red and gold colors taken from the Tocobaga flag, the native of Tampa Bay and a rising sun at the bottom center.

Some people might say that the pirate imagery is too close to the Buccaneers, but I think it works really well given that it's an homage to history.

I would just make the whole inner circle gold, not just the part under the swords. Other than that it is a solid mark.

Disagree, keep the gold as is. fantastic job, Tampa Bay would buy into that. Maybe use a charcoal instead of yellow, but just a sugestion. Could be a unique color for soccer.

I've really enjoyed doing that, so there are chances I keep on going with these kind of concepts. But I won't make a third league, I think I'll submit at some times a couple of teams from big cities that weren't featured here (Las Vegas, Miami, Austin,...), teams that were cited in the honours (San Diego, Baltimore,...) or even places that inspire me well enough (Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Manhattan,...). Suggest, or even ask for your own city if you want it to be featured !

As stated above, I'll keep on going with a couple of concepts for several cities. To make it more readable, here is the Football hierarchy in my fantasy US Association and their real-life equivalent:

1st Division: US Premier League (MLS, 20 clubs) - 3 clubs relegated to 2D

2nd Division: US Second League (NASL & USL Pro, 22 clubs) - 3 clubs promoted in 1D ; 4 clubs relegated to 3D

The amateur leagues:

3rd Division: US Elite League (PDL, 56 clubs in 4 conferences of 14 clubs) - 4 clubs promoted to 2D (1st conferences) ; 8 clubs relegated to 4D (13th & 14th in conf.)

4th Division: US National Amateur League (NPSL, 78 clubs in 4 conferences of 19 or 20 clubs) - 8 clubs promoted to 3D (1st & 2nd in conf.)

5th Division: US Superior State Leagues (USCS)

6th Division: US State Leagues (All that remains)

And the two additions, USPL winners San Diego (which is actually pronounced "San Diago") and Baltimore.

I find the USNAL logo a bit weak compared to the USSSL. Tha'ts just weird that a fith division logo looks better than a fourth one.
Maybe you should enlarge the blue line, there's too much blank.
