It's not that script.Which one is more accurate? The Majestic version or the Ebbets version? I kinda hope they just keep this up, at least at home, for the rest of the year. They're on fire in that jersey, and it's the best looking jersey in their set. Such is difficulty of this research.When I pressed EFF on the 1948 PCL Padres colors, they insisted it was indeed black and orange, that they actually had a uniform they were able to examine. So I'm not sure how they could have made a mistake unless they were presented with a fake. However, the prevailing thought is those uniforms were always navy and red.
