While I think the changes made to the boxer and to the font are a step for the better, I can't seem but get fixated on the terrible rendering of the flags. The US flag looks like something from a Nintendo game, the Mexican flag morphed into being the Italian flag, and what looks to be the Puerto Rican flag is barely even distinguishable anymore. If you can't render something properly than don't include it in your design. Replace the flags with a globe or something. All in all, its a really bad logo that got a little better IMO.
