Alright now that I'm settling in, it's not too bad...I just don't like the fact that it's segmented.
insert name 4,981 Posted February 2, 2020 It’d be better if it was on the top left corner.
Tracy Jordan 992 Posted February 2, 2020 I really like the new scorebug!
RyanMcD29 764 Posted February 2, 2020 I can get used to it for football. Jarring at first but it's fine as you get used to it more. This is going to be terrible for baseball if they stick to this style, though
NeauXone 443 Posted February 2, 2020 Alright yeah I like this. It's off-putting at first but so much less boring than the previous one. But this caught me all the way off guard at first.
NeauXone 443 Posted February 3, 2020 These animations are...ambitious.
insert name 4,981 Posted February 3, 2020 Ok. That TD animation looks annoying.
simtek34 1,672 Posted February 3, 2020 Example of the 2006-07 Graphic that I compared it to.
KDubK414 220 Posted February 3, 2020 Loving the new FOX graphics!!!!
dmmdoublem 83 Posted February 3, 2020 So far it seems... fine. Not as good as 2017-2019, but certainly better than 2014-2016. The latter is easily one of my least favorite NFL score bugs ever. And, for the record, I quite like that 06-07 MNF score bug.
Ashes of Astroworld 352 Posted February 3, 2020 Far better than 06-07 MNF bug. It's bold and colorful.
DEAD! 1,907 Posted February 3, 2020 The score bug a the bottom is fine with me .... but THAT TOUCHDOWN GRAPHIC? What ... in ... the .... blue ... hell .... is .... that?

Love that each team has there own font.

Curtos07 116 Posted February 3, 2020 The new FOX score bug looks like the ESPN 2006-2007 and 2015-2017 MNF graphics rolled into one. I like it, but don't necessarily love it.
Silence of the Rams 183 Posted February 3, 2020 Gonna have to watch the next couple of weeks for how they may do the NASCAR stuff
Lights Out 4,700 Posted February 3, 2020 The new scorebug is a huge upgrade, but I can't help but think it should be moved to one of the corners of the screen next season. It's not wide enough to look good centered at the bottom. Even they must have realized that, which is why they wasted more space by keeping the quarterbacks' stats on the screen all game.
CubsRule2040 3 Posted February 3, 2020 They finally got rid of the minimalistic look, but it kind of surprised me that FOX was upgrading the graphics right before the Super Bowl. However, FOX did tweak the FoxBox on its NFL broadcasts before Super Bowl XXXVI. During the 2001 season, the scores were shown in white boxes, which were changed to yellow for Super Bowl XXXVI and the 2002 season. That being said, I am curious to how the new graphics will be like when FOX rolls them out to NASCAR and MLB later this year. For NASCAR, the network ought to revert to the scrolling ticker; and for MLB, I think the FoxBox should be moved back to top left corner of the screen with a conventional layout, or revert back to a bar at the top of the screen (much like what we had in the 2000s).
fbjim 92 Posted February 3, 2020 Fox seemingly can't decide if they like boxes or tickers better.
Mr. Krabs 82 Posted February 5, 2020 Why oh why has NBC not updated their NHL scorebug yet? I've said before that their package looks like a visually dissonant mixed bag.
