Just thought I'd point it out since it kinda stands alone and could be overlooked. The alternate is....well....its its bold. Hope you like um! Blue just blends in too much. On the alt, I like what you're doing, but I don't know that it's there yet. The second version is a huge upgrade over the first one. I love the sparkles. Perhaps instead of making it a repeating pattern of gemstones, just make the whole jersey a multi-faceted gem. Make each facet about the size of one of the gems right now, but all random, and with glints throughout. Either a giant multi-faceted gem, or something like a crystal formation. I think the text on the front will match the text on the backs color wise. Black for the home...darker blue for the away. As for the alternates I really have no idea what you mean. Imagine the cardinals having having a grey cardinal logo (female). Aside from the female side of it, it is still a cardinal, but not the identity of the team. I did make a couple tweaks tho...
