Ok working now. Here they are. The pattern on the home and away is from the pattern on the diamond. Just thought I'd point it out since it kinda stands alone and could be overlooked. The alternate is....well....its its bold. Hope you like um!

Only things I'm not feeling on Little Rock is the light blue number on the home, and personally, that alt is a bit too bold for my liking.

I think I'd make the number black on the home, so it pops more.

Thanks Dolphins91 for the jersey avatars.

I love the home and aways for Little Rock, except I'd maybe make the logo on the front white or black on the home and alt. Blue just blends in too much. On the alt, I like what you're doing, but I don't know that it's there yet. The second version is a huge upgrade over the first one. I love the sparkles. Perhaps instead of making it a repeating pattern of gemstones, just make the whole jersey a multi-faceted gem. Make each facet about the size of one of the gems right now, but all random, and with glints throughout. Either a giant multi-faceted gem, or something like a crystal formation.

I thought about changing the text on the home and away as I was posting those but figured I'd see how they went over first. I think the text on the front will match the text on the backs color wise. Black for the home...darker blue for the away. As for the alternates I really have no idea what you mean. Any chance you have an example from somewhere out there in the vast interweb?

Something along these lines.

Doesn't have to be uniform or symmetrical. Just fill the jersey with facet shapes.

It may translate terrible as a jersey pattern, but the pattern you have now feels too... symmetrically dense? Or samey samey. Your earlier description of "argyle" for the first version still feels like that with this one.

Ok I think I get what your saying. I just this the other cuts of the diamond would take away from the teams identity. Imagine the cardinals having having a grey cardinal logo (female). Aside from the female side of it, it is still a cardinal, but not the identity of the team. I did make a couple tweaks tho... I made all the text black to stand out and I made the diamond pattern bigger to show more detail.
