Bringing back our version of the NFL Power Rankings this season. I'm just gonna keep it simple with "the five" best and honorably mentioning the league's worst.

NFL WEEK 1 FINAL

1. Denver Broncos

2. San Francisco 49ers

3. Houston Texans

4. New England Patriots

5. Seattle Seahawks

I disagree with the positioning of some of these lists. Here's how I have it up after two weeks, basing it only on teams' play up until this point:

1. Broncos-They've drubbed their first two opponents; +40 point differential is best in league

2. Dolphins-Starting 2-0 with both wins on the road is very impressive

3. Chiefs-One of two teams with no turnovers; played well in their first two games

4. Bears-Can still force turnovers with the best of the league; six takeaways is tied for second-best (Broncos are first)

5. Seahawks-Needed a late Panthers fumble to win the first game, took apart 49ers

...

32. Redskins-Worst defense in the league thus far; can only generate offense when games are out of reach

Giants at 19? they should be 29th or 30th considering how bad they got now.
