8BW14 1,401 Posted January 24, 2019 I really like what you did with the bengals. The only thing might do is change the numbers on the white jersey to black. If you’re married to the orange numbers, an outline would work, but I think single color numbers work better here (and most of the time, for that matter). As for the Titans, I like the idea, I love the powder blue helmet, and I really dig the red numbers on the white jersey. I’m not really liking the way the old school striping clashes against the more contemporary logo though, maybe something simpler like a double stripe or a brashier stripe would work better? Just my two pennies.

Black with the orange accents is a much stronger look than the orange with black, IMO. 2 hours ago, 8BW14 said: I really like what you did with the bengals. The main reason I made the road numbers orange instead of black is that the little accents are supposed to look like tiger stripes, and tigers are orange with black stripes. I agree that black numbers would look stronger.
walkerws 525 Posted January 25, 2019 With the Bengals, I think a tonal striping pattern would be better than the two "random" color stripes in there. It will balance out the colors better. a dark/ light tone with a secondary color trim.
oldschoolvikings 17,926 Posted January 25, 2019 Here's that same Bengals' concepts with the more obvious number system. It works, but maybe a little too dull?
Cardsblues02 674 Posted January 27, 2019 I’d get rid of the woodmark. It doesn’t add anything to this set. Otherwise great work again.

_DietDrPepper_ 4,310 Posted January 30, 2019 Like the alternate more than the primaries Edit: I forgot to say that I really like what you did with the bungals. The logo on the shoulder is much better than I thought.

I'm not sure that it translates into a modern template well enough to be a primary, but I am very fond of it.

HailGoldPants 243 Posted February 14, 2019 I don't know if I like the bronze/silver color at first glance, but I could see it growing on me. I really love the red pants though. I wish the Texans would utilize their reds more. Good work as always!
GT Designs 127 Posted February 14, 2019 The numbers on the red jersey might be hard to see from a distance. I’d try white

It's supposed to be just plain old silver-gray, which is how it looks on my screen. Maybe I should adjust? What's everybody else seeing?

What's everybody else seeing? Huh, that’s odd. From what I’m seeing on my phone, I wouldn’t call it bronze, but it’s definitely not silver-gray. It’s sort of a warm gray, kind of a mix between a standard gray and a tan. Have you tried checking on a phone/different computer?

Not what I had in mind... I'll rework it.

8BW14 1,401 Posted February 14, 2019 I think that would make a sharp look for the Patriots, but I’m not quite sure about silver helmets for the Texans. Objectively, I like it but just not for Houston.
Clintau24 1,541 Posted February 15, 2019 I too saw an odd bronze-y color on my work computer, but now at home, both editions look equally grey.
