Minor-League, Indy & Summer Collegiate Baseball Logo / Uni Changes

The Wisconsin Timber Rattlers continue to break new ground with their one-day identities.

On June 20, they will change their name for this season's "Salute to Cows Night" and become... the Udder Tuggers.

Quote

"We started Salute to Cows several years ago and it has been one of our biggest nights of every season. The dairy industry is still very important to the state of Wisconsin and the change to the Udder Tuggers for the night is our way to show support for the dairy industry and also a nod to the dairy farmers of the past," said Timber Rattlers president Rob Zerjav. "We hope our fans have fun with the new twist on the night."

Here's the cap logo:

And the Timber Rattlers just changed their twitter profile pic.  They going to keep that up for the next seventeen days?

Fond du Lack

Fond du Lac.

It's originally French, even if Wisconsinites pronounce it "Fonndalack".

Sure alright. They can change their name to Udder Tuggers and it’s all fine, but I do it once on a plane... No respect.

Disappointing when even a team with one of the best brands in MiLB has to resort to these gimmicks, but it's the way things work nowadays.

At least it's a one-off, and not permanent like those poor fans up the highway in Green Bay who have to root for the Booyah.

OK, it's time to stop these Brandiose guys now.

L.A. is famous for its street gangs, I want a gangsta hat and jersey.

The Dodgers are famous for their Dodger Dogs.  They will wear a hat and jersey for that soon.

It looks okay close up, but from far away, that logo is MESSY. I couldn't even tell what it was from the jersey reveal post above.

Oh yeah and apparently nobody told the Brandiose guys that the Flying Chancla is an instrument of domestic violence.

I’m pretty sure the “Brandiose Guys” didn’t do the flying chancla’s.

I recall from the video they posted that they did do that logo. Check it out around the 5:00 mark
