To the best of my knowledge, this logo has never been used except for apparel and advertising, but it is an official Falcons logo.

That one's never been in any official style guide.

How about all of the versions of the Kansas City Royals' primary marks?:

1969-1978:

1979-1985:

1993-2001:

2002-present:

And...I hate to bring this up, but for the mods out there who wish to post these on the Mothership: I don't mind, but Chris and I worked it out years ago that I would get credit for the color optimizations...

Not really missing but, the Michigan State page needs to be updated with the spartan helmet as the primary.

This Cardinals cap logo (1940-55):

HACCSLC55.jpg

That's not the Cardinals. The cap was from the St. Louis Browns, the ancestor of the current Baltimore Orioles.

That is actually the Cardinals, according to their official guide (cap above has the same logo as the top left insignia). The Browns used it too (it was common for multiple teams to use the same cap logo before the 60's).

That's definitely the Browns

No sign of the Bills' wordmark that was introduced alongside their current unis, I see. Here it is, along with the previous wordmark for comparison (they are similar, admittedly).

I love those Brewers scripts so much, especially the home script vis-a-vis the arched block from '82.

On the St. Louis Cardinals page:

  • The jersey logo shown as 1924 - 1948 is actually 1936 - 1948
  • The jersey logo shown as 1957 - 1997 is actually 1966 - 1997
  • The jersey logo shown as 1998 - Pres is actually 1999 - Pres
  • Referencing the below, none of the jersey logos prior to 1936, or the 1949 - 1950, 1956, 1957 - 1965, or 1998 jersey logos are on the Cardinals' mothership page

This is from a logo catalog created by the Cardinals

That logo is way off-center.

The Buffalo Sabres "Sabres only" variation of their logo that they wear on the back of the home and alternate helmets.

The Rangers roundel logo that is worn on the alternate helmet

The full body Johnny Canuck worn on Vancouver's alternate helmets.

Come to think of it, the diagonal Rangers script on the site doesn't look quite right, like it's not italic enough or not drop-shadowed enough or not spaced right. You notice it vis-a-vis the old New York lettering from the '80s (which I liked and should come back).
