Everyone's missing the one city that has a great coaching lineage, Albany NY. The Continental Basketball Association's Albany Patroons has had several former and current NBA coaches either play or coach there, including Phil Jackson. The others include Bill Musselman, George Karl, Scott Brooks, Rick Carlisle, Sidney Lowe, and Terry Stotts.
