Whittier S Posted November 29, 2013 Share Posted November 29, 2013 It's a good beginning. I agree that there are too many elements. I'd drop the NY. The cropping of the islander's left arm is odd. With the NY out of the way, you could shift the islander to the centre, which will take care of the cropping issue. I'd also enlarge (and stretch?) the waves underneath the word "Islanders" so they're more of an underline for the word. I look forward to seeing where you take this; it has promise.
