The 2014 Cougars meet Tulane on Saturday, Nov. 8, inside TDECU Stadium.From the looks of it, they got the pants stripe and belt color wrong:Yup. The jersey gradient is kinda neat, actually. And I like the helmet, except why the heck is the logo crooked? I wouldn't say this is the dumbest thing we've seen, except, well, maybe those pants. I do like the gradient, as it isn't as harsh as other gradients we've seen before. It's better than most one-off crap we've seen, but it could have been better. Clintau24 Posted September 25, 2014 Share Posted September 25, 2014 Like mentioned above, the oversized Rider logo on the hip is very awkward. I'd much prefer the shoulder logo on both sides. The helmet is actually nice, if it weren't for the beach t-shirt airbrush effect. I didn't even notice the gradient, and I gotta say, I like it, for whatever reason. Overall, I don't like it. Execution could be so much better. They've not used that Rider logo well at all in recent years. It could be used so well. "I believe in Auburn and love it!"
