EDIT- looks like wearing the #38 on the side would've violated NCAA rules.

So am I the only one perplexed by the field for nd-cuse? Syracuse in the end zones but the nfl logo at the 50. I know they do that for jets/Giants but this is ncaa. I just find it a little odd.

That powder blue helmet will stick out like a sore thumb on the uniform (even though they did use the color in the past).

Is that powder blue? It looks darker. More like a light royal/Honolulu blue...

It's slightly lighter than royal blue. While Ole Miss doesn't wear that color anywhere else, it is great they brought back these helmets (always a favorite of mine) and it makes for a more accurate throwback.

Air Force is wearing chrome/reflective decals on the white helmets. Looks beautiful. Their opponent Boise is going Orange chrome/white/white. If the decals were normal, the Orange helmets would look a hell of a lot better.

Not as good as orange or green jerseys though. For a color called "smoke"...that's some dark gray smoke.

i literally had no idea that was syracuse the first 5 times i saw clips of them tonight. wow.

also, thought the State-FSU game looked good. I really like the FSU aways, even if the numbers are hard to decipher in person from range.

Oregon St looks so good when the go black/white/black. Such a sharp look for them.

SMU looked G-R-E-A-T, that is essentially the same uniform they wore from 1968-72, the tail end of the Hayden Fry years.

Kansas, on the other hand, looked pretty bad. The Texas radio broadcaster described the KU uniforms as "blood clot red" and "tomato red." Very bad helmet logo.
