I think there should be a blue alternate.

I tried, looked terrible.

what about a blue alternate helmet? would that work?

If I were to do a blue alternate jersey, it would be with a white helmet, but unfortunately the NFL no longer allows alternate helmets.

Don't get me wrong, I appreciate the suggestion more than you know, I was just pointing out why I didn't make a second helmet.

Great! Love those colors and stripes, looks very whaley. Don't get the little whale on the pants, it's enough just without that.

The whale is their mascot "Pucky the Whale" and he was on the shoulders of their jerseys for a while, I felt like the uniform was empty without him.

I saw a concept of the Whalers as an XFL team somewhere....I like this one better by a nose. But if i could wave a magick wand, I'd probably switch his helmet idea in with this....but then we'd get into that whole alternate helmet subject again.
