Island_Style
Here is a live shot of the constriction at Everbank field. They joined the biggest video board sweepstakes. They will have one in each end zone. The camera pans from end zone to end zone like every 5 minutes. They are starting to put the screens up at the south end zone. They are pretty big. DaytonBlue
I remember being so confused as a kid when my family went to Tampa in 98. I had different maps: one called it Tropicana Field, another the Suncoast Dome, and another the Thunderdome. My Dad was not too happy about me making him drive to St. Pete to watch a MLB expansion team. We had a white Taurus rental car and took quite a while to find it after the game! Zebra
I have been a huge fan of Millennium Stadium in Cardiff since it was opened. Very nice stadium indeed. But agreed on the rugby pitch, it tears up every match I see being played there during the Autumn test series. You think with the turf technology nowadays (real grass I mean), this would be a problem. The Millennium Stadium is to get a new permanent Desso Grassmaster surface following a fly infestation.http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/rugby-union/27546326Meanwhile here's a few more pics of its versatility:SpeedwayMonster TrucksRestaurant! As a side note, immediately next door at the aforementioned Cardiff Arms Park, this past season was the first year that Welsh rugby was played on a plastic pitch, the ultimate answer to the marshy banks of the river Taff. Complete with Boise State-style blue grass border.

smith03
it is amazing how simple it seems to be for teams in Atlanta to get new stadiums built when every other city seems to be a battle Just say NO to gray facemasks.
raysox
The Trop used the same orientation during the Final Four in 1999. I wanted to post a pic but couldn't find one. @MichaelDanger19Â | Dribbble

Sport
Another side of the Thunderdome. Less hockey-looking here. This is the game where Bill and Ted traveled to 1992 and their phonebooth appeared on the ice in front of 35,000 stunned St Petersburgers. I remember that game.
