Soarindude
The Eagles are trying to give Deshawn Jackson away. Word on the street is they'll take a 3rd for him. He has a big cap number, but the eagles are fine on that front, so he must just be that big a pain in the butt. Worse receivers than him have been traded for 1sts. If I were most teams, I'd take that trade in a heart-beat. Bucs trade their third for him and draft Watkins/Evans? That is one hell of a receiving core. William's is coming off of injury. If Watkins is the best player available, I'd take him. I wouldn't mind trading down and getting Evans either though. Nothing wrong with having 4 capable receivers. Look how successful the Saints were a few years ago.
See Red
Well, speaking of Mike Williams...Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Mike Williams is in a Tampa hospital after he was stabbed in the thigh while in his gated-community home in Avila. Police suspect his brother was responsible. There has been no word on the extent of his injury or his condition.http://deadspin.com/report-bucs-wr-mike-williams-stabbed-brother-is-suspe-1550060897
LAWeaver
I think the term 'No Fun League' can now officially become the NFL's nickname, as the league will penalize any and all dunks on the goal post. See Red
Not surprising, and I'm not really all that upset about it. At least once this season a goal post dunk attempt resulted in the posts becoming lopsided, which created a delay while crews had to fix them. Sport
During my guest stint on BASS last year someone dunked on the goalpost and bent it to the point that they had to get out a ladder and a level to correct it. One of the other regular hosts, I believe it was Greg, joked that now they're going to make a rule that you can't hang on the goalposts. How funny. A table flipping meme isn't enough to show my anger towards the LeagueI completely disagree. In the case of Jimmy Graham, a piece of game equipment was damaged and forced the game to be delayed. No other celebration does that(at least that I'm aware of). This rule has a significant purpose. An NFL article said that this was not really a new rule, just enforcing the one that doesn't allow props. http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap2000000336754/article/crossbar-dunking-celebration-to-be-penalized-in-2014?campaign=Twitter_atlThere already was a rule in place against using the football as a prop in celebrations. Penalizing dunks is an enforcement of the existing rule, as opposed to a new rule on the books.

Oh, and Ralph Wilson, owner of the Bills, has died at 95 @loganaweaver - Twitter / @loganaweaver - Instagram / Nike Vapor Untouchable Football Template / Logan's Logos

hbgoo1975
There is some good to banning the dunk celebration, because it is overrated. I bet the Arena Football league can allow that dunk to the goal post now. But the NFL is dumb enough to end their regular season games in ties. What is the point? MadmanLA
Really a terrible and heartbreaking time to be a Bills fan...Ralph Wilson's passing, and Jim Kelly's cancer came back (and is spreading). Prayers to their families.

johnnysama
My thoughts go out to you guys, the Buffalo Bills, the fans of that team, and the guys within the organization. What a tremendous life Ralph Wilson had; he was one of the driving forces in shaping the modern NFL; without him, I don't think the league would be the juggernaut it is today; however, I do feel bad for him because he NEVER got to lift the Lombardi trophy (I won't get into more details about those shortcomings) Much love from a Seahawks fan, and cheers to an amazing life. FiddySicks
So is this the start of the Bills to Los Angeles rumors? I remember reading somewhere that his kids (or grandkids, I guess) planned on selling to the highest bidder after he passed. Not a good time to be a Bills fan. CS85
Jared Allen to the Bears for 4 years. Exciting signing, but it's gonna take me awhile to get over hating this guy as I have for years. Chicageaux
I've never been able to stand Jared Allen but I think I'll be able to tolerate his celebrations on defense a lot better this year.
