Ward26
Hi, I'm a new member and this is my first post. The other day I was watching a Nashville Predators game and saw that the fans down there seem to love hockey. So I thought that Vanderbilt, since it is in Nashville, might be able to support a new hockey program. Here is what I came up with for the jerseys they should use. WSU151
Pretty good. Few comments: 1) All four jerseys don't really go together. It looks like you have one white jersey (home), and three alternates. 2) On the white jersey, bring the numbers off the shoulders and onto the sleeves. Then add a shoulder patch with a secondary logo.3) Add a white outline around all the numbers. The one color numbers aren't strong on this set. Smart is believing half of what you hear. Genius is knowing which half.
ingmar66
I like these a lot! But the numbers do need outlines. Personally I would use the star with the V (without the number) on the black jersey as well. And like the writer above says: move the numbers from the white jersey to the sleeves and put the Commodore on the shoulders. If Vandy will start hockey they will have to use your jerseys! raysox
The white one is the best one. I would drop the grey one, then on the black one, use the same striping pattern as the white one(gold, thick white, then no black stripe) just so it matches. Also a white outline on the black jersey would look good. Great start tho, and welcome to the boards. @MichaelDanger19 | Dribbble
Ward26
Thanks for the input. I went back and changed the jerseys to incorporated most of ideas from the comments above, this is what I came up with.
WSU151
Great update...now put some numbers on the sleeves of the black and gold jerseys, and maybe put the names in the yoke area rather than below it, just to make the numbers taller/bigger. The white jersey looks really good. Smart is believing half of what you hear. Genius is knowing which half.

ingmar66
Where can I buy these? I would if I could.
Jake88
On a Nike template the names usually go in the yokes, and it's the same here, so...1. Names in the yokeI don't normally like TV numbers in the striping (though there are exceptions, most notably this Russian Jersey) and it applies here too...2. Lower the striping and keep the TV numbers where they are nowNot really feeling the logo, it works as a shoulder patch (the way you have it now) but it seems too plain for a main logo...3. I'd use the script you had in the first jersey on all of them. (Except the Alternate)For the Alternate, the way you set up the arm striping you can't have TV numbers where they are on every other jersey (I think you realized that and didn't put any there for that reason)...4. Move the TV numbers on to the yoke (specifically in the area where there is the half circle)Last one. Two Words....5. HEM STRIPES!!!
pwm0204
Vandy!!! I like seeing someone else who actually likes the commodore head logo, Vandy definitely needs to use it more, hopefully on a helmet. Nice work bro!
