And that Helmet was rooted from nfl.com Yeah, I literally pulled it from the prod.static site of the Bucs, so I'd assume it's correct? The logo has popped up in a dozen or so different graphics. What was the original link? If this guy is right, did the Buccaneers throw up a fake accidental leak?GUYS!!!!This is the dude who put up the badly photoshopped white helmet earlier claiming it was legit. That is what he's talking about. FiddySicks 11,188 Posted February 21, 2014 Seeing the new logo makes me realize how strangely cartoonish and abstract the old logo was - look at the sword handle especially. Not unlike the old Jaguars logo. I think all the "downgrade" talk is because we have an idea of what the Bucs logo SHOULD look like.Plato's Cave for logos.Granted, the old logo wasn't perfect. i'll admit that. It's my absolute FAVORITE logo in all of sports, and even i can admit that it needed some tweaks. The way the sword held the flag seemed odd, the disconnect between the sword handle couldve been improved upon, and the eyes could've used a little work. But they fixed NONE of that. In fact, they screwed up some of the absolute best parts of the logo. The skull is nowhere near as nice as the old one (AND IT'S F*****G CROOKED!!!!) And they took the absolute BEST element of the logo, it's shape (the ONE thing I was praying they wouldn't screw with), and completely messed it up. Sigh.
