My only problem is that the team name is Thunder, and you are using a lightning bolt predominately in your concept. Maybe focus more on the bull/ bison thing you have going on. The mind will automatically put a mouth there. But with this, the mouth area is clearly visible, so I would expect to see a mouth. Looks very nice otherwise.
