They're also repeating the scratch pattern from the helmets. I think it's a nice logo, just wish the R was featured more prominently. Shame on this "designer" -- this logo is a direct rip-off of the Inaugural Season logo done for the new stadium of Minor League Baseball's Charlotte Knights. I don't know how to post images on this board, but I wish someone would post a side-by-side comparison of the two logos. If those scratches represent lance or sword blows, this helmet belongs to Sir Short-Term-Memory-Loss. Given the status of Rutgers' major sports programs, this is quite apt.
