Unocal
The Rangers cannot catch a freaking break tonight. This game- and this series- is Murphy Law's personified. Seems like the Kings have become a polarizing team on here, but you gotta give them credit for being so relentless in every game. Feel like by next spring, they're gonna have more enemies than fans. monkeypower
Bandwagon seems to come with all the LA teams. After playing the maximum in the first three rounds, the Kings are poised to go the minimum in the finals.

Unocal
For a 6th seed, the way talking heads and everyone is gushing over the team, you'd think they were the 1984 Oilers. HOW did Chicago take them out in 5 last year? They're not invincible (9 losses), yet nobody can ever land THE knockout punch on them.
Still MIGHTY
I guess all I can ask for is the Kings to win Game 4 or Game 6, only so they can't win it in front of the rest of those heathens at Staples Center....sigh. | ANA | LAA | LAR | LAL | ASU | CSULB | USMNT | USWNT | LAFC | OCSC | MAN UTD |

Muggens
Kings are staring to become John Cena-like. They never give up, and a lot of fans HATE them. That's what usually happens when a team wins multiple titles in a short span. Fans don't like dynasties anymore especially when it's not their team winning titles.
Unocal
7 elimination games... falling behind over and over again... and yet outside of the Miami Heat (and Eli Manning if he wins 1 playoff game to start), they are the single toughest out in sports. Unocal
Does the NHL regular season matter anymore? Feels like LA broke the barrier for low seeds for good in 2012, and now they have proven 1 thing in the NHL- the only thing that matters now is clinching. Get in, and you have a shot. It's like I wasted so much time watching the Ducks and Avs, knowing that a team that could barely score in January was biding its time because they seem built for only the playoffs. I don't hate the Kings so much as I hate the increased meaningless of the 82 games now that it's a turkey shoot. Hell, I picked Colorado to make the Cup Finals and I STILL feel they could have if not for Matt Cooke.
masterchaoss
You know, it's not easy watching your team slowly sink into cultural irrelevance as their local rival takes the spotlight and grabs all the attention. Now I know how Lakers fans feel.Okay two things the Lakers had more coverage this year as Losing team than the clippers did a winning won (excluding the sterling situation) and the only time I've seen Ducks coverage on in non NHL primary sources was during the Kings-Ducks series which is sad because they realy are a good team and deserve more than they get. Really? After Kobe went down I rarely heard anything Laker-related, aside from Swaggy-P shenanigans here and there. And none of those really measured up to the Blake's Dunk of the Day circus that ESPN gets caught up into.Well locally the Lakers are still covered a lot more than the Clippers.Given that the Kings have closed out every series on the road,a sweep would be fitting, but i wouldn't mind seeing them winning it in five at home. Unocal
The Kings could barely score for most of the season. Is it literally as simple as GABORIK CHANGED EVERYTHING? All this size, center depth, etc. yet they weren't exactly lighting it up for the first few months. Are they truly built for the playoffs and only the playoffs? At times, I wondered if this team was basically waiting for the playoffs to start.
