That is why he was one of my favorite players. cool name and from the greatest name for a town in all of Canada.Close, but the best is Happy Valley Goose Bay, Newfoundland and LabradorJust my opinion, Moose Factory is better. (this goes all the way back to a near fist fight at a bar in Ocean City, MD during the 1997 Eastern Conference Finals. Flyers fans went out of their way to start with the Rangers fans in the bar.)Sharks for two reasons a.) the same reason you are. b.) New York is 4-1 in those games, and Henrik has only allowed five goals in five games. He's as clutch as they come. His situational awareness is off the charts. It wasn't something that stuck with me, not being from northern California. Still, I like to think that I would always kinda-sorta like them, wish them well, and be happy when they succeed had it not been for the internet. Now don't get me wrong. Bucsfan56, puckguy, and ninersdd are all rational, educated fans and seem like good guys. Actually all of the Sharks fans who post here seem like good guys.Between the "our team is great, why won't you all recognize how great it is?" sentiment from segments of the off-board fanbase and ICS' cyber-bullying? Well they kind of forever tainted my view of the Sharks. Plus they refuse to wear teal in the playoffs, and that was like half the reason I liked them back then anyway. So...go Kings.
