timehasflownby
They may not have won too much with this jersey, but this is probably what people think of when someone says "Tequilla Sunrise" or "Nolan Ryan"Not Nolan Ryan, J.R. Richard. I associate Nolan with this uniform from his Texas days (and yes, I'm totally submitting this as this one moment): http://i.cdn.turner.com/si/multimedia/photo_gallery/0803/tough.guys.alltime.traditional/images/nolan-ryan.jpgI find it funny how no one assocates Ryan with the Angels (I don't either)
C_Malk0
As an Astros fan, I think of this before I do the 2005 World Series season.

Harmening
Another memory... Yeah, that one was brutal for Oilers fans.I miss the Oilers. I hated them so much back in the Glanville days. What I wouldn't give to hate them again.
Ark
I feel like those Diamondbacks uniforms always get linked to that hit for me.This. Best World Series of all time and probably will never be beat, given the situation. And beating Mo down by 1 to win it all.The Yankees were supposed to win the World Series and didn't. Amazing. Canadian_Idiot
I will always associate the MooterusWith this particularly bad memory:And despite their inaugural season success:I will always associate these uniforms with the darkest days of our franchise in Dallas, and 5 straight seasons without playoffs. Amazing.Nah, I've been told before on the boards that playing for the World Series while the fires from the worst terrorist attack in our nation's history are still burning in your city didn't mean anything. Gandalfofhoth
Whenever I see pictures of these uniforms I think of the 2000-01 Calder Cup Championship win.

imawalkingcorpse
The Cardinals fans still blame this call... however this call did not cost them the World Series. I hate the new Buccaneers logo. Pewter was boring in 97, even more boring now.
Raysfan12
I know it's black and white, but I always associated the red Cleveland Indians uniforms with the infamous 10 cent beer night.Lets not forget the monstrosity that is the all-maroon Phillies uniform of 1979 (Thank god it was only for one game). Gold Pinstripes
The many colors of the 1979 World Series Pirates vs. Orioles. Not a fan of either team, but this is the first World Series I actually remembered. As an eight year old I always thought every MLB team had colorful jerseys. Found out that was by far not the case.As a Pirates fan, I was disappointed they didn't wear the black monochrome set in the 1979 World Series, and they rarely did wear solid black from those multicolored years.
