If Rodgers has to stand around discussing his pants, I'd like to picture him still wearing the porn 'stache. The whole scene just comes together...

"Yeah... We like them pants nice n' tiiiight."

That's why they're called the Packers after all.

This all has me picturing Rodgers and his pornstache rockin' tight short shorts with a Hawaiian shirt halfway buttoned and girls on both sides of him and the title "Packin' Heat" over his head

It's Week 12 and the Titans still haven't worn their light blue primary home uniforms yet this season. That has to mean something.

For a prime time home game last night, the Titans went with their whites (which was extra ridiculous considering there were so many Steelers fans in Nashville that commentators were calling it a home game for the Steelers).

Only once this season have the Titans been in their darks and they wore their navy throwbacks. Does the new coaching staff hate the baby blues? Are they perhaps being phased out?

The Titans need to phase out the navy, not the baby blue. The only thing salvageable about that uniform is the baby blue and the "T" sword logo on the shoulder, and they seem to de-emphasize both in favor of navy and an ugly asymmetrical flaming ball...thing...

I used to think the same way, but I feel the opposite now. I am glad we finally got the Columbia blue over white last year. It's a very good look. Light blue pants with the white jerseys are also a good look. However, I think their best look is what they started with. Navy jersey with white pants, white jersey with navy pants. Come up with some white stripes socks and add those same stripes onto the helmet, and you have a great set, even if the logo blows.

Amazing what some simplification and no navy pants can do.

Indeed.

Nice work!

Thank you sir!

When I see the Titans, it's not about what should be emphasized, it's about a lack of balance or consistency throughout the entire set. I tried to at least make it so that both primary colors were equally represented and were utilized in their own ways.

It wouldn't surprise me if they are phasing out the baby blues since Bud Adams passed away last year. I always thought he wanted to keep the baby blues as call-out to the Houston Oilers.

Unpopular opinion, but I actually prefer the "flaming thumbtack" logo (actually, a Greek-fire shield, but who am I kidding) to the T-sword design. The T-sword is too vertical of a design to look good on a football helmet.

Really, the only change that I would make to the Titans look would be replacing the two "fang" stripes on the helmet with a baby blue "tapered" stripe similar to Michigan State's helmet.

*sigh* This may be the 9th or 10th time I've shamelessly plugged this, but as long as we're discussing the Titans....

That's really nice. You could even sub-out yellow for light blue and it'd make for a natural evolution to their look. There is already precedent for silver in their history, so it'd be easy to sell that change.

That's nice. I would prefer it with their current scheme, but you fix all the main issues without being drastic. The helmet strip is finally consistent with the pants stripe and it looks like you slightly altered the numbers to make them not goofy. Well done.

White on navy is by far their worst combination. With the Columbia yokes being a lighter color the uniform comes off very bottom heavy. Basically every other combination is a really nice, well balanced look. I can't even think of another bad combination (although I'm not anti monochrome/leotard).

That's what I've always thought, except that I may consider light blue over navy worse (two colors and neither matches the helmet color). But I'm right there with you on the shoulders being light blue and then then the pants being navy. It just doesn't match or balance out. They'd be one of the best-looking teams in the league if they'd change the helmet logo and get rid of the navy pants altogether.

According to Paul Kuharsky on Twitter, Titans owner Tommy Smith said we've seen the last of the light blue.

Well, that sucks...a lot.

Awful. I love those jerseys I'm remember getting a Steve McNair when they debuted as an Alternate and even got a freakin Vince Young just because I liked them so much when McNair went to the Ravens.
