Haven't posted in this thread at all yet, but here are my thoughts thus far:

1. Clausen did much better today than what the stats (and score) show. His receivers had something like 7 drops when the passes were spot on. They should stick with him.

2. Pats snuck by, but I still feel like they're the favorite to win it all. Hopefully they get home field advantage.

3. The Vikings are so close to being a great team. Bridgewater has done great this year as a rookie.

4. The Saints just need to forget about this year, and get ready for next year.

5. Harbaugh will pry go to Michigan now.

So for the NFC South Championship it will be the Panthers vs Falcons on Sunday Night Football on NBC!

The Saints losing to the Falcons guarantees that the NFC Winner will have a losing record. At least it'll be a 7-9 record (or 7-8-1 record) and not the 6-10 or worse record it was looking to be.

Saints fans: Grab your hat, grab your coat, and get the :censored: out! Grab a bag of Fritos and enjoy the Megabus back to Metarie!

Everyone in Buffalo will be big Steelers fans for the next two weeks. By my tinkering with the Playoff Machine, the best shot for the Bills in the playoffs seems to be the Steelers winning out. Of course, the Bills will have to win in Gillette Stadium in Week 17, something that they have never done. Considering they have played there every year it's been open, that's pretty impressive/sad.

Well, for some reason, I gave the Bills a better chance to beat NE than the Jets. I knew that NY would keep it close, but possibly screw up at the end, and that's what happened. The Bills have a chance if their D keeps playing well, and if Orton doesn't screw it up.

So what happens if the Panthers and Falcons tie and the Saints win?

You would have the Saints at 7-9, the Panthers at 6-8-2, and the Falcons at 6-10. The Saints and the Panthers would have the same winning percentage, and the Panthers would make the playoffs with a better divison record, despite the Saints having one more win.

So unless the NFL pulls a Big 12 and says that 7-9 > 6-8-2, the Saints are done.

Well, the Colts just won the award for dumbest play of the entire season.

If we're gonna take entries,

And the play wasn't that dumb. It was obviously the perfect time to run it, with the receiver being wide the hell open. McDonald (and just about ever other Colts receiver today) just couldn't catch the damn ball.

Should've gotten off the field in the first drive, but an idiotic taunt penalty. Should've been driving, but handed the Cowboys their second TD.

Whole game has been a comedy of errors from an Indy perspective.

Saints are eliminated.

A 6-8-2 record is equal to a 7-9 record. The Saints and Panthers split their games, so the next tiebreaker favors the Panthers: Division record.

It's another "must-win" game for the Bills, similar to the Chiefs and Dolphins games in the middle of the season. And just as in those games, they're :censored:ting the bed.

Nice work, Buffalo.

The NFL goes by win percentage. So if the Panthers were 6-8-2, they'll have a better win percentage than a 7-9 team. The Saints have been eliminated with their loss today.

Cowboys - Lakers - LAFC - USMNT - LA Rams - LA Kings - NUFC
