hbgoo1975 123 Posted September 8, 2014 Did you just see tonight's game between the Broncos and Colts? Indy ALMOST had that one! How come no one talked about the Titans embarrassing the Chiefs?!
DarkJourney 186 Posted September 8, 2014 Then again their are a lot of 49er bandwagoner's.I would say something but you're not even worth it. I think you're in enough pain being a Bucs fan.
hbgoo1975 123 Posted September 8, 2014 The Broncos and Colts are AFC powers? Who knew!!!We'll see. They played like AFC powers too! My opinions for this Sunday, Denver almost blew it tonight, Indy came so close to taking that game to overtime.
FiddySicks 11,346 Posted September 8, 2014 I haven't wasted my time trying to watch the Bucs highlights today because I just can't bring myself to care at all about that team any longer, but good f*****g hell, Josh McCown. This team is an absolute waste of valuable space that could be used for something worthwhile, like a landfill.
NJTank 1,129 Posted September 8, 2014 I thought the buccaneers learned their lesson about the McCowns when they had Luke.
See Red 2,152 Posted September 8, 2014 Did you just see tonight's game between the Broncos and Colts? Indy ALMOST had that one! How come no one talked about the Titans embarrassing the Chiefs?!Because the Chiefs were exposed as frauds at the end of last season. Titans/Chiefs is just one mediocre team beating another. That Denver/Indy game last night was way too close for comfort. The running game still struggles to pick up yards in late-game situations and last night the WRs had the dropsies. I love the Emmanuel Sanders pick up, though. He brings a lot more to the offense than Decker did.
NJTank 1,129 Posted September 8, 2014 See Red you should be worried about the Colts, because they may be on the verge of being the team to beat in the AFC, but it was a solid win for Denver and you have nothing to worry about it getting close at the end.

FiddySicks 11,346 Posted September 8, 2014 Bye Ray Rice! Hope you enjoyed your short ass NFL career, because it's pretty much over now.http://www.tmz.com/2014/09/08/ray-rice-elevator-knockout-fiancee-takes-crushing-punch-video/I'd be stunned if the Ravens don't cut him loose after this. With the new domestic violence policy, there's no way he doesn't catch at least a year-long suspension for this, retroactive or not. He should be banned for life now that we see the whole picture.
rams80 4,278 Posted September 8, 2014 The Union would probably object to the Double Jeopardy though. That said, welcome to life as a "distraction" Ray Rice.
oldschoolvikings 18,400 Posted September 8, 2014 Packers Lose...Bears Lose...Our next two opponents lose...Vikings Win...Someone pinch me!I'm just going to sit around being happy for a few days.Nobody try to talk to me, please.
Sport 14,511 Posted September 8, 2014 Flacco had to throw the ball 62 times yesterday and the Ravens scored 16 points. Though I don't believe Ray Rice would've helped them much based on the way he looked last season.
kewp80 64 Posted September 8, 2014 The Union would probably object to the Double Jeopardy though. That said, welcome to life as a "distraction" Ray Rice.Does Double Jeopardy exist in the NFL "justice" system? Especially since they're saying they haven't seen the video until now. If that's true, that's not good for which ever police department handled this case.2 games for bashing in someones face, yet a year for smoking something that fully legal in two states? Ridiculous.
rams80 4,278 Posted September 8, 2014 There were definitely media reports that they had seen a second video prior to issuing the initial punishment. The NFL's current claims are dubious at best. I'm starting to wonder just how many women Ben Roethlisberger admitted to probably, but not in any way that would net a conviction in Pennsylvania, raping. He ended up with a 6 game suspension after all. Rice got a game a punch basically.

This is the end for Ray Rice, or Roger Goodell, or both. Keith Olbermann had a tweet that was right on - Goodell failed whether he had or hadn't seen the footage until today.
Sport 14,511 Posted September 8, 2014 He absolutely failed. Either he didn't see it which means that was a pisspoor investigation or he did see it, decided it shouldn't get out and covered it up. On top of that they had Rice's fiancée answer questions with her attacker present and then had the gall to have her apologize in a press conference with him.
NJTank 1,129 Posted September 8, 2014 This is why the Commissioner can not be the sole Judge in charge of discipline.
Needschat 222 Posted September 8, 2014 Many people failed in this Ray Rice incident:Ray himself, for being such a "real man" - you do not hit a woman, because she slapped you.Commissioner Roger Goodell - even if he didn't see the in-elevator video until today, he still failed, if he had seen it AND still gave just 2 games, he needs to resign, immediatelyAtlantic County NJ DA - really? differed prosecution for this?
JayMac 3,869 Posted September 8, 2014 I wouldn't depend on any DA of any of the counties in NJ. It doesn't surprise me that they dropped the ball. Goodell is a disgrace and Ray Rice is a coward. They should have to both pay for this.
