I'm sure it probably happens a lot more than we think.John Abraham is unexpectedly retiring due to memory loss. I bet there's quite a bit of CTE and concussion-related info that's been held back over the years, even more than came out last summer with the concussion settlement. 1 hour ago, ShutUpLutz! said: and the drunken doodoobags jumping off the tops of SUV's/vans/RV's onto tables because, oh yeah, they are drunken drug abusing doodoobags

Lights Out
Sounds like ownership is getting together on this. Wouldn't shock me if ownership forced Goodell out to save the image of their brand. He deserves to be fired immediately for so many reasons, but I'm sure he and the owners will find someone else to fall on the sword for them. rams80
More bad news for the Rams, Chris Long out for 2 months with ankle surgery. EDIT: I'll note that the Cardinals are 11-7 and Brewers 3-14 since Bradford went down. If you see a Missouri redneck, kill them for they may be the Shaman. NJTank
As far as Goodell, this doesn't make the most disliked commissioner in sports history (maybe since Judge Landis), then I don't know who is. Just given the fact he waited and waited to finally do something makes him about as cupable asRice.Gary Bettman will like to have a word with you.Still though, just bad all around. Goodell won't resign, though he should. And during his time was Kenesaw Mountain Landis all that disliked? He really cleaned up the game and brought it into it's heyday.Kennesaw Mountain Landis robbed America and all of MLB the gifts of seeing Satchel Paige, Josh Gibson, Cool Papa Bell and many other great black baseball stars. I would say he cleaned up nothing.. www.sportsecyclopedia.com For the best in sports history go to the Sports E-Cyclopedia at http://www.sportsecyclopedia.com
Tigers6884
The Lions are undefeated! The Lions are undefeated! (I know, it's only one game, but this is probably the only time I'll be able to say it this season)

Chicageaux
Bears are extremely hopeful Marshall will play on Sunday. Marshall said if it's up to him, he'll play but it's up to the coaches. Interesting note, Marshall has only missed 5 games in his entire career. I didn't realize he was that durable.
