Harvin to the Jets for a draft pick. That seems out of nowhere.

Keep in mind, Harvin has had locker room problems back to Florida, and the NYJ have not been able to attract speed WRs in the last two free agency periods under Izdek. Plus the trade frees up $$$ for SEA to sign Russell Wilson long term.

And they got what the needed out of Harvin in the Super Bowl and little else this year. Weird, but I get it.

Time to step up Doug Baldwin.

This probably doesn't even matter, but what number will Harvin wear?

10 is taken (T.J. Graham)

11 is taken (Jeremy Kerley)

12 retired (Joe Namath)

13 maybe? Or even a higher number like 82?

He wore 11 in high school but wore both 1 and 8 while at Florida.

Pretty sure the NFL doesn't allow single digits for non QBs or kickers. 14?

You can go ahead and say that with more confidence because you are correct, good sir. The NFL will only make an exception during the pre-season, but that's it.

13 is also retired Don Maynard

Yeah I wasn't too sure about 13... 14,15,17,18 are all taken so I guess the best bets are 16 or 19

Here's a question though: What about a player like Brad Smith? I know he's worn 16 throughout his college and pro career, but he was technically a QB with the Jets. Was higher on the depth chart at QB than WR when Mangini was there.

Bears playing like the Bears today. Mercurial, disorganized, miserably inconsistent, lifeless.

Same old :censored: , different season.

Since Washington can only kick field goals in the red zone, the Titans will somehow win this game. It's only a one point lead, but I don't think Colt :censored:ing McCoy is going to cut it on offense.

And you'd think being outdueled at the quarterback position would be impossible when the other team is playing Charlie Whitehurst.

Brad Smith was a QB, so he would have been allowed to wear single digits.
