MLB: Project 32 - New Dugout Jackets Added

Well, I guess there's no better way to celebrate post #1600 than by launching my newest concept thread! Welcome to MLB: Project 32! After posting in my tweaks thread for about two years (where I'll keep posting little one-offs), I figured I should reorganize all of my concepts with new presentations, template tweaks (mostly altering sleeve and trouser displays), and other refinements.
