There is no way to enlarge a bitmapped image without getting the "jaggies" you speak of. Just enlarge it, then smooth the jagged lines by painting over them in black.Or you can use Inkscape, which is free vector drawing software, and trace your original image into a smooth new vector that will enlarge as much as you need it.
