I was there. Definitely more people than I expected. It was cool that they brought current and former players for photos.

The entire Timberwolves rollout is a disaster.

• No one knows what building they're supposed to be inspired by.
• The color inspirations are absolutely laughable. Who has been pining for the wolf eye and tongue colors?
• The Nike-speak "We refuse to color inside the lines", "We don't follow the textbook". Are we a basketball team or a rebellious 8 year old?

5 players at the unveiling suggests 5 uniforms to model. My predictions/hopes:

Home - White that looks like the 1972-1986 uniform.

Road - Gray with pinstripes, current road wordmark.

Alt 1 - Cream with pinstripes.

Alt 2 - Blue, current road wordmark.

Alt 3 - Edit: City Connect

The C looks like it got squashed. Other than that, fine/needless update.

I'm choosing to believe that the M Star logo is for the city connect, and that their doing a North Star State kind of thing.

Everything about them is a downgrade from the normal home jerseys, except maybe the stripes. Even then, those just make them look like the Bills.

I don't know exactly why it had to be collectively bargained, as I don't know how much say the players even have over uniforms. The reason the players allowed ads is presumably because it was used as a bargaining chip, because the owners are a bunch of billionaire psychopaths and the only way to assuage them when they don't get everything they want is to give them more money.

(At the time, they were doing a buy-one, get-one deal online and snagged a powder-blue Twins hat with the classic Minnie & Paul shaking hands logo.) 

I used that same deal and got the exact same caps. I don't like wordmarks or the Vikings primary logo on caps so it was a no-brainer.
