Chicago Fire moving away from the chest stripe design is such an all-time fail. They don't really look the same without it.

that kinda makes sense but its still frustrating because its missing about 12 years worth of uniform history.

In 2K, not only did they get the years wrong, listing the changes as happening in 1982 and 1984 respectively, but due to the way the ABA jerseys are listed in-game, said to be worn uninterrupted from 1977-1990, the change back doesn't happen at all: 


They'll instead just keep the "blue script" jerseys all the way up to 1990. 


Oh, and the other big omission I noticed: despite some vague assurances in the lead-up to the game's launch, I'm up to the 1989 playoffs in my file and so far none of the All-Star Games have used period-accurate uniforms, instead putting everyone in the 2022 jerseys. 

The magic start wearing their current black uniforms w the nike branding in 2008 in the game instead of the blue jerseys until 2020.

The Cavs new set is growing on me the more I see them in 2k. Whatever the Jazz are wearing continue to makes my brain hurt though.

i think its a win win. hawks got much needed defensive help, and the spurs got some picks they could use to help with their rebuild.
