In the NHL?  That is interesting because I pictured The Ducks, Kings and Golden Knights as West in the same vein as Colorado, Seattle and Utah, at least geographically.

I mean sun belt geographically, not whatever the NHL considers the sun belt to be

Ah, good old hockey fans. Spend 20 years complaining about the Coyotes and demanding the league move them, then proceed to complain once again as soon as they get moved. Yes, this is a logos/uniforms board so I understand the frustration with the delayed branding, but considering how much work needs to be done over the summer I can't fault Smith for putting the logos/uniforms on the backburner for now.

damn, will hockey fans ever be satisfied?

Just re-edited my previous post, to just to prove my point, if that's alright with anyone else. But then again. who cares? I'm just an average viewer of these forums, after all.

Ya don't worry about it, because it is pointless after all and it's not like this could really happen lol, I would just have fun with it if I was you and ignore the outside noise

North Texas unveils their new set. Similar to previous sets this year. Putting a team name would make it a little different from the other sets unveiled.

Reese has won more than Clark but continues to be in her shadow. Yes, that would be annoying, though maybe not "whack her in the gourd" annoying.

Clark's teammates must hate her too, since they don't do a damn thing after she gets floored by someone from the defense. That really can't happen. Either you're on the same team or you're not, and the rest of the Fever doesn't seem to like her very much. Or value her safety.

Was it like this for Clark in college too? Or this is strictly WNBA? It's also weird, because it's not like Clark is the first highly-rated rookie to enter the WNBA. Sue Bird, Kelsey Plum, Candace Parker, Brittany Greiner and a ton more have been highly-touted WNBA prospects, and they managed to have careers without needing to worry about getting laid out. What's so special about Caitlin Clark?

Caitlin Clark was a good scorer in college?

  6. isn't Caitlin Clark and Angel Reese the women's version of Magic and Bird? so there should be a rivalry between the two, even if both of them suck at the game of basketball (so far)

New uniforms for Indiana to start the Curt Cignetti era.

Still the 2nd tier materials from adidas.

All black is dropped from last years set (thank god). Indiana replaces "Hoosiers" on the front, now in "Hoosier Bold" although the letters are much more spaced out than the official wordmark.

    Pant stripes are dropped...sigh.

Uniforms are expected to be paired with these helmets. Again, dropping all of the black accents to return to a more traditional look.

is there a real reason why college teams have always seemed to change uniforms like clothes every few seasons?

The only explanation I can think of for that is Wyc Grousbeck ordered them to throw the game so he could get another Finals game at home and all the revenue that comes with it. One of the few interesting anecdotes from Prime Time to Hang Time (or whatever it was called) was that Jerry Buss was supposedly pissed at Pat Riley one year for winning the Finals too quickly instead of bringing the series back to the Forum, costing him money.

    Lol

Nobody who says they’d watch if they lowered the rims would actually watch. They’d just shift criticism to their dunks not being as spectacular/athletic as the men. Every basketball gym in the country’s hoops are 10 feet. That’s what basketball is.

Plus, in the age of Steph Curry, people shooting from 30+ is just as much a draw as dunking, and a damn big reason why Caitlin Clark is as popular as she is.

I'm somebody who'd love to see these ladies in the wnba dunk. #lowertherim
