Wild Card: Redesigning Minnesota's team

The goal of these uniforms was to reintroduce former Minnesota Wild uniform concepts, while reinventing them and adding some new ideas. The State of Hockey logo on the shoulders and the M logo on the home pants is taken from the 2016 Stadium Series uniforms. The away uniform striping is inspired by the team's 2022 Winter Classic uniforms. The inner collars of both uniforms are in North Stars green. The home collar reads State Of Hockey. The away reads 1968 - 2000, the founding years of Minnesota's NHL franchises. The Wild will once again wear mismatched home and away uniforms, which they have since Reebok Edge. Also taken from Reebok Edge era design is the roundel front logo on the home uniform. The State outline captains patches come from the team's current 78's alternate jerseys. Alternates coming soon...

The alternates are based off the Reebok era green jerseys, which are a Minnesota fan favorite. The drop shadow on the logo adds to the old time hockey feel. Shooting stars are added to the pants and shoulders to bring some flair to the uniform. Here is what the back of the uniform would look like if it was on something like a retired number banner
