Not a huge fan of the Vikings alternate. The current Vikings white on white uniform is probably their best, so a white alternate is overkill. The Vikings set in my opinion are Nike's best modern redesign (I am a Vikings fan so there is some bias). The white alternate will hurt more than it helps

The Timberwolves teased a city edition court on social media today (isn't the season nearly over?). Here's my interpretation of what this court should look like.

Home: Worn for most home games, the Braves home uniform is mostly a recolor of their regular home set. The tomahawk is removed from the wordmark, as it is on every uniform. The Peach alternate's hat can be worn with these uniforms at the starting pitcher's discretion. Stirrups are worn with cream sanitaries. Away: Worn for all Braves away games, the away uniform takes the placket striping pattern from the home uniforms and moves it to the neck. Home hats can be worn with the grey set by the starter's discretion. Stirrups are worn with white sanitaries. Friday Alternate: Worn for all Friday home games. The jersey swaps cream and peach from the home uniform, and puts the A logo on the left breast. Always worn with peach hats. Stirrups worn with cream sanitaries. Sunday Alternate: The alternate features a pull over jersey in navy, with peach/navy/cream/peach cuff striping. The jersey has no name on the back. The uniform is worn for all Sunday home games. Always worn with fauxback hats. Stirrups are worn with cream sanitaries.

You were right, this is much better. It feels like the orange and blue was the original and the black/red/yellow was a recolor of it, instead of the other way around. Also makes it so the hawks, wild, and the game doesn't feature yellow. That way theres not an over use of yellow.

Event Logo: Uniforms: The Wild take heavy inspiration from the Vikings, with the team's UCLA shoulder stripes from their 1990s away uniforms, and putting a jersey number on the front instead of a crest. The Blackhawks uniforms are inspired by their traditional home uniforms, with black and red switched and the arm stripes made larger. The C logo is taken from the team's shoulder patches as a nod to the Bears. The Blackhawks jerseys have the player's number inside the C logo. The CHI wordmark on the arms is also a nod to the Bears' GSH logo on their sleeves. Both teams feature oversized helmet logos, taken from football design. Team Logos: Game Ice Design: Broadcast Graphic: The game's broadcast graphic is based off 80s and 90s NFL design. The game's broadcast will use retro NHL and TNT logos.

I'm excited for mid-late 2000's throwbacks in 10 or so years. You can run from the throwback uniform cycle, but you can't hide.
