NBC goes to a commercial on the change of possession .It is a call that will probably challenged by the Colts.But instead of reviewing the play during the change of possession commercial they wait until NBC comes back to the game for the challenge to take place.So we have sit through another commercial. The Colts used that time to review the play them selves to see if they should challenge. It wasn't until NBC came back from commercial that the Colts challenged. They couldn't review the play during the commercial because it had not been challenged yet. My guess is the Colts intentionally did that not only to review the play themselves but the stop the Chiefs momentum by making the delay longer.
