New Guy needs some help

Hey guys,

I'm new to the world of concepts, and this question may make you all aware of that.

I can't find a template like the pic below. can anyone help me out with this.

also, if i'm going to use photoshop and/or illustrator, do i want vector or raster templates?

like i said, i'm new to all this. any help would be appreciated.

Well if you'd like to use Illustrator, you want to go with vector (which I, and many others here prefer.) If you want to go with Photoshop you'll need raster templates. A good place for a vector version of that template would be vectorportal. There's also a lot of templates made by users here that many would be happy to share with you.
