I think the problem with the emblem is that it isn't really a "logo." The emblem is a team name (the font is still way off, stick to a slab or sans font) and a tiny crown, inside a super abstract shape that looks like a rhombus sitting atop an arena banner. It just looks weird. I know you're following the team's current design template, but that thing is weird on it's own.

Use a crown or use text, or use both if you can make it work, but break free from that weird boundary shape.

The jersey font needs a switch, if only because that font is a really :censored:ty version of better fonts. If you like that type style, try Azkidenz-Grotesk Condensed.

The shoulder logo doesn't at all match the style of the uni or chest emblem, just drop that creepy king face.

Last thing, the striping style makes the overall feel of uni's scream Lakers/LSU to me. I can't exactly pin why. I think its the stripes. I feel like the center stripe should be much thicker than the outer stripe.
