ESPN Fantasy Baseball League questions (mostly creation part)

Not sure if this is the right place to post this or not, but couldn't think of any other place to post.

First off, I'm not looking for new members. I already have 20 members who will join my fantasy league. I just have a few questions to ask because I can't "create" a beta league on ESPN since it's going under maintenance right now.

1) I know the max number of teams is 20. But can the league have no "divisions/conferences?" Just one single tablet with 20 teams. Or does ESPN requires divisions?

a. If it do require divisons, what kind of alignment/schedule format would you recommend? Most likely 4 divisions of 5 teams per, but how would the schedule work? I want to have the most balanced schedule as possible.

2) Exactly how many weeks are there in the season? Just like in the NFL, there's 17 weeks, combining fantasy regular season games and fantasy playoffs. I'm assuming 25 weeks for baseball, right?
