The 2014 World Series font. What is it?
-
What is the font used by the NIU Huskies to make the words "The Yard"?
-
4 pages, and no one posted the Phoenix Coyotes yet.
Got it covered!

Where can I find the font on the left from NFL Network? Does someone have a file for those fonts?

What's this font? It's very familiar to me.
Never mind, I found it.

Does anyone know what the font is called on the Dolphins jersey (name on back) from making 1966 to 1986?
I know it's a type of block style lettering but I'm not sure which kind. The 'S' is slightly slanted on CSONKA.

Thanks!
It's still NFL Block lettering, although you can alter the "S".

What is the font on the letters and numbers on the back of this jersey?

Why on earth would they contract when they could just back down and sell to Quebecor and charge a relo fee that would be bigger than any expansion fee that they would collect?
They wouldn't. The idea that they would contract the Coyotes and then bring in a new expansion team down the line is pretty stupid. Even for the NHL.
I would have to agree with BringBackTheVet on this one. If the NHL prefers to stick with 30 teams, but can't get Jameson to pony up his money in time, and Quebecor is the next legitimate owner to buy any hockey team. Besides, if they were to contract them, and bring in an expansion team, that could take a couple years. If Quebecor gets charged with a relocation fee, they have the money to do that.

Does anyone have the new Nike NFL blank templates created already? I'd like it in .png format if possible.

You really can't fight city hall, huh.
With the layoffs Glendale has gone through, if they keep liquidating city positions at this rate, I'd figured time to strike while the iron is still hot.

That article offers an intriguing alternative that I haven't seen being discussed here (probably): Folding the Coyotes, and collect an expansion fee from either Quebec City or Seattle (although the SODO Arena has hit a snag.) It obviously makes the NHL more money, and it means that whoever (more than likely Quebec City) can bide their time until their new arena is running.
I suppose folding the Coyotes would be the most logical thing to do. After all you'd want the "new" Nordiques to start fresh rather than tie them into the history of their long-time WHA rival.

Does anyone know of good substitutes for either NFL official font (Endzone and Orbit)?
Link to NFL Style Guide. Page 22 and 23.
I can send you the Endzone fonts...
If it isn't too much trouble, I would like to have those fonts. gsldragon@sbcglobal.net Thanks!

So let me get this straight - Glendale would rather mortage the very skeleton of their city's infrastructure in order to keep the Phoenix Coyotes around?
I just don't get it. I don't understand how any Coyotes fan can defend this.
"Without our hockey team, how will we show the rest of Arizona that Glendale is a virbrant metropolis, the equal of Paris or New York?"
I'm pretty sure there are other features that Glendale can support and provide for the public and the tourists. But it can't be just a hockey team.

I may get kicked off the boards for saying this, but Bettman's attempt, combined with Glendale's attempt to keep the team in Phoenix is like Communism. It's a great idea at first, but it doesn't work in the long run.

Was in Pro Hockey Life today with WildWing64 and some others, and we noticed that EVERY SINGLE COYOTES JERSEY WAS GONE. Their "wall of jerseys" featured one lonely third jersey, and the shelves featured none.
Asked the associate, and they "are ordering some more because they sold out"
Pro Hockey Life never sells out of ANYTHING.
To top it all off, on the way out the door, one of us was looking at t-shirts, and noticed that there were no Coyotes shirts on the shelf, but they had been replaced by Quebec with the Coyotes shelf sticker still in place. The row read NYR-OTT-PHI-QUE-PIT-STL
I would love to see this!

Those league-owned Devils rumors are bubbling up again.
Well, this is all news to me, yet it's no surprise. I think the Devils have a better chance of staying in New Jersey than the Coyotes staying in Phoenix/Glendale. Then again, last year, I said the Thrashers had a better chance at staying in Atlanta. Now look where they are.

I like these templates. Would you consider doing a fantasy baseball set in the future? I have a logo set all ready to go.
