From my assessment this is a preseason game held at the Capital Centre in Landover, MD in 1980 since the 1980-81 season was the only full season Lucas played with the Nets and the Bullets hosted a preseason tournament in the 80s.

 

I hope we see fiascoes like this with this stupid Icon and Association BS.

Anyway, I was looking up Muggsy Bogues' career stats on Basketball Reference yesterday and I recall when he was traded to the Warriors 2 games into the 1997-98 season. That's the year the Hornets changed their set to the Bobby Phills/David Wesley era jerseys. Muggsy did play his first 2 games of the season in those Hornets uniforms, but I haven't been able to dig up photos or video just yet. My apologies if this has already been posted.

 

Edit: I looked up his stats for those games and he only played a combined 16 minutes in those uniforms. If he did play during the preseason, it would've been in their previous sets.

I know this one was posted here before this just seems to be, for me at least, the definitive matchup of players in the wrong uniforms. 

For me the only right uniform for McGriff is this one:

Not really a uniform but a warmup, Drexler and Robinson wore the famous Magic 90's warmups for the 1992 All Star game.
