  1. There have been several concepts with this name that look 10000000 times better than these. The main jersey is fine but no pant stripes wtf and the helmet stripes should match the home jersey stripes. It’s like Nike took ALLLLLL their crazy ideas from pro and college for the last decade and figured out ways to implement them in to all of these jerseys. Be on the lookout for a yellow jersey next year. The only great thing Nike has done is to revert the Bucs back to their initial look. Crazy.

  2. Those uniforms have always been nice clean and timeless. Adidas started doing all the goofy lines and grey pants and ish just because. The current helmet, shoulder stripes, and numbers have always given a cheap MAC school vibe that doesn’t fit aTm at all. If Austin, who is the weird city and school, hasn’t changed why did the Aggies ever change?! Bring them back and keep them! No stripes and no matte or whatever they claim that crap is! Simple traditional timeless beautiful! BRING IT BACK!

Man that uniform looks good there. There were issues with the home white uniforms being too black for my tastes but this one is a great use of that brick red color and the gold trim.

It’s only ok because they went to their first WS in it. I understand the whole union station BS they shoved down our throats but the only thing that could have lasted besides the orange and blue is the gold and blue. When they wear those for throwback nights it’s still a great look IMO. I was beyond pumped when they revealed the new set. I don’t care that it’s sorta bland without stars etc it has the H star and orange and blue that’s all that matters. I try to pretend that the brick era with wannabe yankee pinstripes didn’t happen but sadly it did.

  4. BYU and Houston are the only choices that make sense. BYU is always tough and have the stadium. Houston has been tough in the last decade and would never have had down years if it were in the big xii. They loss art briles and RG3 with him then Kevin sumlin...those two guys especially art would not have left if Houston was in a P5. TCU got lucky that their coach didn't split for big money and stayed the course till they got back to a big conference. The more Cougars the better I've always said!

I don't know if this was posted, and im sure not looking. But Hakeem The Dream with the Raptors

I had forgotten about this & I really hate to see when this happens to great players.

After pictures of Rex Ryan in hockey jerseys and Brett Favre taking batting practice with the Brewers, this is really the essence of this thread. Seeing a legend like this playing for a team you'd kinda forgotten he played for...this just looks so weird and so wrong. This is especially true when he played over 15 years for one team, then one forgotten year for a bad team. Seeing Jordan in a Wizards uniform is less weird since we all remember that that happened.

Isn't that mutumbo in a sixer uni? To me the nuggets is his rightful uniform even though I enjoyed watching the finger wave in the rocket uni.

  6. But that super conference was way before the reality of super conferences and although this could hurt the chance of the conf champion of getting into that big time bowl this is the only option for the cusa teams to get into a good conference since the future cusa looks more like an fcs conf and the only way to get some good teams together to make a bigger jump in the polls rather than beating up on the same cupcakes year after year until they were to creep up the polls years later

  7. With Houston getting a new stadium and hopefully a new coach after another horrible season coming up this year they should be doing anything possible to either keep the big east together and grab some good MAC schools or sell their souls to the devil to get into the big 12.

On another note I heard from an avid lsu fan that there are talks in Baton Rouge that lsu might want to leave the sec because of the scheduling along with other issues...anyone else hear anything about this? The big 12 would be even bigger with those guys.

  8. ...here's a hug from all of us to you...it's not you sir it's our fault for not conforming to your reality, we will all try harder next time.

So why wouldn't the big XII grab Louisville and Pitt also since the ACC seems to be going down to the depths of cusa that would give them 14 with FSU and clemson. Two more and you could do some quadrant scheduling the old WAC-ky way. Va tech and vir woul be nice also. Could really set up an east/west division based on geography wouldn't that be crazy

The depths of CUSA? Are you ripping on UofL/the ACC because UofL used to be in CUSA? Never mind the fact that they've since outgrown that league. Not bad for an athletic department that was in such disarray the CUSA almost kicked them out 15 years ago.

If you're going to base things off of conference teams used to be in, the majority of the ACC and SEC are lowly SoCon teams.

Was speaking of the way it seems as though the schools that are competive are leaving and its in disarray and will be in the same boat as cusa trying to grasps at what they can salvage from other mediocre conferences...big east cusa. If FSU falls which it's looking that way I don't see why Clemson won't follow and then why would those big east schools already on their way to the ACC not pull a tcu and head to the three big conferences that surround the region. Louisville cincy va tech vir FSU Clemson Pitt Syracuse any of these 6. That would give you decent travel for w vir as well as some ties that to the big east rivals they began to amount during their rise to the top of that league. FSU and Clemson would just be out of the loop which would suck but they will be good programs in a solid conference with 4 big time schools that won't let it die which the ACC doesn't have ESP after FSU and Clemson leave.

  10. Exactly what I was thinking...how long did that last? I bet all those schools that left to make the MW are wishing they would have stayed together because the conference was pretty decent probably better than the big east at the time the bcs was constructed. Also what ever happened to the cusa and MW champ game that was supposed to happen?...
