Lynchburg logos coming 10/27 per website.....the "teaser" it's green and white hopefully they keep gold as a accent and not just full on green and white.
-
So seeing as it been about a month after most teams that did not make the playoffs seasons have ended, any rumors or dates of unveilings?
-
Now the bigger question:
will we get new logos for the hill cats? I hope so!
-
Here's the 4 I'm thinking:
cincy- (location to WV and all major sports are good and to market)
memphis- (fed-ex $$$$ for sponsoring and they said they would not want full share of tv money till the new deal, so other schools would not half to share as much)
BYU- ( big following for sports and get the big 12 in the mtn time zone)
houston- (big market and rushing AD program)
-
Unless they buy out Utah, it's not gonna happen. The owners are verry happy in the echl. That's why I suggested Reno. But would Sacramento be a option?
-
So are we all assuming that Las Vegas puts there team in Reno? Or someplace else??

I feel like I should hate this identity and logo, but I actually like it.
I know where I seen this sorta before......Vermont lake monsters similar but not close enough to copyright infringement
-
Any chance Wichita state goes to the big 12?
-
Same here I was yesterday reading about the fun new as the puck turns in Glendale, today I'm reading about the sf arena and how the Sharks had a fire sale....
-
I Exocet lipscomb to go to the OVC, SoCon or the horizon ...idk about the rest, big south and SoCon? Not surprised by the northern Kentucky move, it fits better geography wise and idk there athletics budget is but this might help a little more on that front. Plus it's a major step up from the a-sun.

I like the 2nd one in he left column is quite nice auctally.

And the Frisco RoughRiders.
West Virginia Black Bears, that's the last one right??The Memphis Redbirds are revealing a new look on Thursday:
Having seen the new logo set, I can verify it puts their brand more in-line with St. Louis (see image #2 here), which makes sense now that the Cardinals own the Redbirds.
I can also say this is not the final reveal in MiLB...
When is that rebrand due

So I guess Idaho/Utah (AHL) and rapid city(echl) might be the best options for the jets right??
-
So what about Winnipeg? There are moving there AHL team, do we know where yet?
-
I have noticed a bunch of missing TCU logos as well a bunch of missing college primary/secondary/alt but I'm not sure what's offhcial or not.
-
So the only thing left is the Nasheville sounds, full reveal right? Or is there a few more teams that are getting slightly new looks?
-
So nothing for Lake Elsinore?
-
what about Boise st & air force?? or BYU?
Reportedly West Virginia's Athletic Department is sucking wind now to pay for sending non-revenue sports around the Big XII's existing footprint. Stretching it further west is apparently a non-starter.
well that's the price you pay when you sign your soul to the devil.....

Here's a different format of aligning the current Power-5 FBS conferences (plus the former old Big East):
1.) Atlantic Region
1.1.) Atlantic - North: Connecticut, Boston College, Syracuse, Rutgers, Pittsburgh, Penn St., West Virginia, Maryland
1.2.) Atlantic - South: Virginia, Virginia Tech, North Carolina, N.C. State, Duke, Wake Forest, Clemson, South Carolina
2.) South Region
2.1.) South - East: Kentucky, Louisville, Cincinnati, Tennessee, Vanderbilt, Florida, Florida St., Miami
2.2.) South - West: Georgia, Georgia Tech, Alabama, Auburn, Ole Miss, Mississippi St., LSU, Arkansas
3.) Midwest Region
3.1.) Midwest - East: Illinois, Northwestern, Wisconsin, Michigan St., Michigan, Ohio St., Purdue, Indiana
3.2.) Midwest - West: Minnesota, Iowa, Iowa St., Nebraska, Mizzou, Kansas, K-State, Colorado
4.) West Region
4.1.) West - Pacific: California, Stanford, UCLA, USC, Washington, Washington St., Oregon, Oregon St.
4.2.) West - Desert: Texas, Texas A&M, Texas Tech, Baylor, Oklahoma, Oklahoma St., Arizona, Arizona St.
The only team left out on this realignment would be South Florida (heading into the Go5, along with TCU and Utah).
Your thoughts guys? P.S.: Hoping to make another variation of this soon, but with the Go5 FBS schools.
So what about that team in south bend, Indiana? Your surely not moving them to the Go5 are you?
-
The following city's should be in the top ten or honorable mentions:
Birmingham, AL
Memphis,TN
Milwaukee, WI
Newark, NJ
Louisville, KY
-
Why not just go to 9 games?? Your stupid acc, verry stupid.
